Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC ordinary shares

United Kingdom

All Capital Shopping Centres Group issued ordinary shares are listed in both London and Johannesburg but are registered on the appropriate share register. For shares registered in the UK, which generally are all the shares other than those held by shareholders resident in South Africa, the registrar is Capita Registrars.

The Capita Registrars website provides certain shareholder services online. Shareholders registered in the UK can use this service to obtain details of their shareholdings, transactions and dividends. The shareholder’s surname, Investor Code (found on any correspondence from registrars) and postcode are required to use this service. Shareholders may also use this service to amend or change their address and dividend mandate details.

South Africa

The Registrar for Capital Shopping Centres Group ordinary shares registered in South Africa is Computershare Investor Services (Pty) Ltd.

The Computershare website provides certain shareholder services online (note: the Computershare company code for Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC is CSOZ). Shareholders registered in South Africa can use this service to obtain details of their shareholdings. Shareholders will need to follow a registering process in order to access such information. Unfortunately, due to South African legal requirements, shareholders may not update records, but will be able to view their entire holding of shares globally.

ADRs - USA

Capital Shopping Centres Group had a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme for which the Bank of New York Mellon acted as Depositary.

A notice of termination of the arrangement was issued by BNY Mellon on 10 September 2010, which expired on 10 December 2010. The actions available to ADR holders were set out in the Notice.

The ADRs were traded on the over-the-counter (OTC) market in the US under the symbol CCRGY (LBYIY), where one ADR is equalled one ordinary share. The CUSIP was 140487109 (530616101).
