A key part of corporate governance is stating clearly our approach to various facets of our life in the wider community. A major step in this process is undertaken by our CR committee who have created and keep up to date a number of corporate policies:

- CR policy
- Environmental policy and guide
- Health, Safety and Welfare policy
- Importance of people
- Policy towards occupiers & shoppers
- Policy towards suppliers of goods and services
A new edition of the Health, Safety and Welfare policy was published in October 2011. The Business Code of Practice and the Policy towards suppliers of goods and services were updated on 1 July 2011. All other policies were last reviewed in December 2010.
